MWW1 is now accepting reservations for a limited number of approximately 1,000-square-foot, two-vehicle storage and workspace memberships at our Lee Road facility in Shaker Heights. Designed for enthusiasts, collectors, racers, and builders, each space will provide secure indoor storage, room to work, access to shared wash facilities, and the support of an active engineering and fabrication environment. Opening is targeted for Q1 2027. Refundable reservation deposits are now being accepted and will be applied to the first month’s rent.
