Vehicle Storage & Workspace
MWW1 is developing a small number of indoor vehicle storage and workspace bays at our Lee Road facility in Shaker Heights. These bays are intended for people who need secure space for specialty vehicles, larger personal or professional projects, tools, trailers, specialty equipment, or occasional hands-on work.
We are looking for a small group of responsible members who understand how to share an active mechanical environment.
Opening is targeted for Q1 2027. Refundable reservation deposits are now being accepted from prospective founding members.
What We’re Building Now
Initial bay memberships are expected to include:
Assigned indoor workspace, utilities, security camera & alarm system included
High ceilings and bright workshop environment
Shared drive aisle for vehicle movement and short-term staging
Access to shared vehicle wash facilities
Access to shared restroom / locker room
Secured outdoor parking / storage, subject to space and approval
Access to an active engineering, fabrication, and mechanical environment
Spaces may be reserved individually or combined for members needing additional vehicle, tool, trailer, or project space.
Pricing
Founding bay memberships are expected to start around $800–$1,000 per month, depending on bay size, configuration, access needs, and intended use.
Refundable reservation deposits will reserve priority review and will be applied to the first month’s rent if a membership agreement is completed. Membership is limited and subject to approval to help maintain a secure, respectful environment for all members.

This is not traditional self-storage. It is a shared creative work environment, and membership is exclusive & limited.
