We are selecting a limited group of founding members who appreciate a high-end, shared mechanical environment.

Pricing
Founding bay memberships are expected to start around $800–$1,000 per month, depending on bay size, configuration, access needs, and intended use.
Refundable reservation deposits will reserve priority review and will be applied to the first month’s rent if a membership agreement is completed. Membership is limited and subject to approval to help maintain a secure, respectful environment for all members.
